  The owner/manager is such a jerk. Every time I order from here my pizza or subs are messed up. Tonight I ordered pizza and there was no cheese or pepperoni on a couple pieces I told the manager and she started to argue with me and told me that I was wrong and then explain to her that I used to work at it East of Chicago at a different location and we never produced pieces that have no cheese or toppings on any of the pieces and she asked which location I worked out so I told her and she said she was going to call and verify that I work there almost 20 years ago it is ridiculous that she would even call to verify that I work there the whole point is she does not want to rectify the situation when they make mistakes if I could have rated with 0 Stars I would have I am definitely never going to order from this company again simply due to the fact that the manager truly is such a jerk I would rather drive all the way to the East of Chicago in Medina and get food there instead of getting it from the East of Chicago five minutes away from my house having to wait over an hour for my delivery to get cold food that has no toppings on it

  Food is good and the staff very nice.
  I like in particular the Buffalo Chicken Sub.
