  My experience at Cozumel was horrible! We've ordered food from this restaurant 2 times, both times ordering from the menu online. However, when we arrive, to pay, the order is always $10 more than we expected. Managment, specifically Lalo, is so rude and would not honor the online prices. To make matters worse, when I decide to order something on the specials board in the restaurant, prices clearly posted, they come back and tell me it's also $10 more and someone wrote the wrong price and they will not honor what was written. Overall, when we are finally able to order something at the actual price, the food quality is mediocre at best. Flavor is bland, guacamole is watery, tacos saucy, etc..... If you are considering ordering from this place, be aware of what they charge you. Check your bill!! Also, if you have another Mexican option, go there instead.
