  Very disappointed. Ordered a delivery order today at 2:00pm which shows as slow time. It took up until 2:32pm to process the order in checking the processing of the order.
  Finally at 3:00pm I called inquiring where the order was and was notified that they order is in a warming bag waiting to be delivered. Probably in another 10 to 15 minutes. I asked the man on the phone what do they do hold up all the orders until they get enough to make a run and he said yes.
  My response to this was if I knew this I would never had called your company. He said I would get the order in 5 to 10 minutes.
  Well a half hour later, finally got the order. By this time the order was cold and not very appetizing and my 3 year old grandson was crying for over an hour as he was very hungry.
  It will be a long time before I call your company, if ever, again!!

  Horrible service. The first time I went I went to pick up my pizza and I told the young girls at the counter my name. They checked the boxes on the shelf and could not find it and they said it will be a few minutes. I sat there for 15 minutes and then I watched the one girl look at me and then look for my box again on the shelf and picked up a box that was there when I got there. The second time I went The young girl at the counter gave me the wrong box and then apologized and said my pizza was not done. I waited for 10 minutes and she grabbed my box that was already on the shelf when I got there. Finally the third time I ordered online for delivery. I tracked my order and they never delivered my pizza. Then after an hour and half later they called me and asked if I was going to pick up my pizza and I said no I requested it to be delivered online and I have multiple witnesses that I for sure ordered to be delivered. The lady said she would make our pizza fresh and should be there in a half an hour to 45 minutes. 1 HOUR LATER we call them and asked what happened to our pizza and the manager said the driver got into an accident (if that really happened I understand that sucks, but for good customer service they could have called us and tell us about the delay). the manager said he will have another driver come out to deliver our food. It took the driver a half an hour to deliver....we live 10 minutes away... we had a house full of angry hungry people...WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!!

  This place is the worst!!!!!! Poor service on the phones over an hour wait when I live less then 5 mins away and the order was wrong too. Pizza was poorly cut and had a under cooked base and you can tell that the people (Kids) working there don't care. They were rude when we call back to tell them the food was missing and poorly cooked and offered no credit or refund.
  
  Don't waste your money here. I'd give them Zero stars if I could.
